Sara Davis, Ph.D., HSPP

Dr. Sara, a licensed psychologist, speaker, and researcher, holds a doctorate in School and Education Psychology from Indiana State University. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in evaluating and treating anxiety, learning differences, ADHD, stress, mood disorders, disrupted attachment, developmental disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is a certified executive coach and a certified clinical child and adolescent anxiety treatment professional. She especially enjoys assisting parents within the home environment to navigate the unique emotional and behavioral challenges at every developmental stage, from infancy to adolescence. She strongly believes in the connection between physical and emotional health and employs a multi-modal treatment approach. Drawing from her expertise in Theraplay, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Yoga, Dr. Sara adapts treatment plans to meet individual needs while considering the impact of environment, nutrition, and resources. Dr. Sara has completed internships at the Mind/Body Institute at Harvard Medical School and Riley Child Development Center. Her post-doctoral work focuses on home-based systems of care, attachment, and developing treatment techniques, including nutrition intervention. Dr. Sara has provided supervision and research collaboration for various educational institutions and served as an instructor at Indiana State University and St. Mary of the Woods College. As a proud parent of three creative and fun-loving humans, she, along with her family, supports informed medical decisions, community theater, and Camp Organic – an experience promoting nature, organic eating, cooking, gardening, and fun with friends. Dr. Sara is a Certified Executive as well as a Coach Certified Clinical Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional.
