Kristi Rowe, MS, LMHC

Kristi Rowe is a licensed therapist who has a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals and groups of all ages. As an active therapist she combines experience, education, creativity, and sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to counseling. Kristi believes in a strengths based approach that is holistic, eclectic and guided by the individual needs of the client. She uses a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach that allows her clients and their families to feel at ease and empowered to navigate life stressors and challenges. Kristi completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis and then her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University in 1992. Kristi has provided services in a variety of settings for children, adolescents, young adults, and families presenting with a variety of emotional, social, and behavioral concerns including anxiety, depression, grief & loss, anger, adjustment difficulties, ADHD and autism. Kristi and her husband are proud parents of two adventurous, ambitious and loving children. She enjoys traveling and a variety of outdoor activities which include training and competing in triathlons. In her spare time Kristi enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, knitting and creative projects.
